Event Overview
The Championship is Challenge Family's own world championship event, held at the x-bionic sphere in Šamorín, Slovakia — a state-of-the-art sports resort near Bratislava and Budapest. Raced over the Challenge '100 distance' (2km swim, 80km bike, 18km run), it serves as the culmination of the Challenge Family season for qualifying age-groupers and professionals. The flat course on the Danube plain rewards consistent, well-paced racing.
